First time users must register to establish your account – a one-time process. After this, you are able to book online at any time at your own convenience by simply returning to this web page. Also, please note the following policy changes.

Deposits Required for Hair Extensions & Smoothing Treatments

We require a deposit of $200.00 to reserve your hair extension or smoothing treatment appointment. For clients who are scheduled to receive both treatments, a $400 deposit is required. Our cancellation policy applies in the event of a lack of 24 hours’ notice or missed appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to all team members of our salon. It is reserved for you and though we do understand that appointment rescheduling is sometimes necessary, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without sufficient notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We confirm appointments 48 hours in advance in order to avoid this situation. Since the services are reserved specifically for you, cancellation fees will apply.

Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount. NO SHOWS will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

If you are a first time client and scheduling two hair services (e.g. color and haircut), please ensure that both services are booked with the same hairstylist.
